Payment Method

Our store currently only offers transfer payment methods.

Delivery notice

Order and delivery: after completing the ordering process and payment, the goods will be shipped within 3-4 business days. The date of arrival will be determined by the time the order was placed (shipping business days do not include weekends, and national holidays). In case there is any problem such as: running out of stock, defective goods, etc, we will contact you by E-mail or phone.
If the single order is more than NT$ 3000, shipping will be free. Normal shipping cost is NT$ 150, and for orders to offshore islands, free shipping is not available(even if the order is more than NT$ 3000).
Orders placed during weekends or national holidays: shipping business days are from Monday - Friday, if orders are placed during weekends, we will ship your order on Monday. If orders are placed during national holidays, we will move the shipping day to the next business day.
Estimated delivery days: 2-3 business days to cities in Taiwan, 3-5 business days to offshore islands.
If your order cannot be accepted, we will notify you within 2-3 business days after receiving your order. The shop reserves the right to decline any order.
There is no overseas shipping available.

Product notice

Clearance products might have some minor surface defects that don’t affect the functionality of the product.
Each item has gone through quality control.
Exchanges: exchanges are NOT accepted, the products sold can ONLY be returned, not exchanged. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the product and order again.
Returns: If the product is faulty, please click on "Order Inquiries" and click "Return" within 7 days from receiving the product. Please send the product to our logistic center: Tainan City, RenDe District, BaoAn Rd. Section 1, No. 62
The product scheduled for return must be back in its original package (including the warranty, all product accessories, etc). Please do NOT damage the box and the contents inside.
Reminder: According to the Article 19 of the Consumer Protection Law, the consumer has 7 days available to return the product upon receiving it. However, the 7 days do not indicate a trial period therefore, the product will not be able to be returned if the package is opened.

Return notice

According to the Consumer Protection Law, the consumer has 7 days available to return the product upon receiving it.
The product, packaging, accessories, and documents such as the warranty should be intact for the order to be eligible for returns.
Please pack the goods you wish to return in cardboard, or other protective layer to that the product does not get damaged during the return process. Any cost regarding the damage of a product will be beared by the customer, as well as the possibility of losing the right to return the product.
In the events of large order returns, due to the logistic difficulties, the store will refuse the transaction or cancel the the return. Please be aware of this as the store might also cancel the membership of the member according to the situation.

Invoice

An invoice of the product purchased will be sent within one month after the goods are delivered
If you need to add a Tax ID number on your invoice, please write the number on the "Order remarks" section during checkout and also write that it is the Tax ID number.
